240v automatic swing gates

FEATURES OF OUR 240V SWING GATE OPERATORS:

  • Lasercut 6mm steel hot dipped galvanised chassis (12mm on GDS 8 and GDS 10)
  • Cast iron industrial quality gearboxes
  • Industrial grade motors with inverter rated windings
  • Easy set cams for limit switch adjustment
  • Strong tubular arms, special self lube brass bushes
  • Strong Grade 316 stainless steel covers, other options include: 3mm hot dip galvanised or 1.6mm high protection powder coat covers
  • Mounting plates, arms and gate brackets provided
  • Unique mechanical torque limiter
  • Easy disconnect facility
  • IP65 stainless Steel Enclosure (mains operated models)
  • All controls and Inverter are prewired and programmed
  • Control Board (ATA CB6) will handle basically any control features required including pedestrian mode
  • Our range of industrial grade electric swing gates can handle leaves up to approximately 10m for each leaf – depending on model chosen
  • Utilising Inverter driven gate control systems we create the smoothest and most flexible way to commission and operate a swing gate drive unit
  • The full range of swing gate operators have 100% duty cycle meaning they will operate intensively without overheating
  • 24v version is also available for ease in providing a battery backup facility (other than UPS system) for the mains drive systems
